Boundaries

Each of us needs to know what belongs uniquely to us as individuals: our thoughts, our feelings, our dreams, our experiences, our gifts and our responsibilities. We need to “own” these as gifts from God. Boundaries help to define us, protect us, then ideally free us to touch the lives of others in healthy relationships, observing and respecting the boundaries of others.
