Stress

We are a stress-driven society. Some stress is good in that it helps us push ourselves to excel and achieve important goals. Unfortunately, many people are so driven by internal or external factors that they live in a constant state of hurry, turmoil and pressure. Adrenalin levels remain so high that eventually the body and mind lose their ability to regulate back to a state of balance. This, in turn, affects performance on the job, relationships at home, and their ability to hear God. Eventually their health is compromised.
